1. Software Engineer ,Exp:1-2 yrs (Technologies: C++/VC++) 
                 No. of positions 2 

• Should have worked on programming skills in C/C++, VC++, MFC, WIN32, and COM.
• Exposure to Multithreading Concepts and Software Configuration Management.
• Candidate should possess good communication skills.
• Should have engineering degree and have relevant experience for the job that he/she is applying. 
  

2. Senior Application Developer, Exp: 2 - 3 yrs ( Technologies: .Net )
No. of Position 1

• Proficiency in developing and managing application modules on Sharepoint and Dot Net 2.0 platform
• Familiarity with SDLC and coding standards
• Aptitude for debugging and testing
• Knowledge SQL will be advantage
• Good written and verbal communications skills

3. Senior Application Developer, Exp: 2 - 3 yrs ( Technologies:  J2EE)
                  No. of Position 1

• Hands on experience in J2EE, WebLogic& above, Web Services,Familiarity with SDLC and coding standards
• Workflow Engines, Rules Engines and Report Servers.
• Experience in re-engineering projects,Design Patterns,Strong Skills in OOD,OOP,Java, JSP, EJB, Struts, Spring, Oracle,,MSSQL and Hibernate.
